Under the leadership of its founder and executive director, prof. Ricardo Ernst, Georgetown University's Latin America Leadership Program (LALP) develops regionally-focused experiential executive education programs that aim to educate, connect, and inspire regional leaders to create impact networks with a positive multiplier effect across Latin America and the Caribbean.

For its various programs and initiatives, LALP collaborates with Georgetown University faculty, staff, students, and alumni across campus, as well as regional experts, guest lecturers, and other collaborators.
