Adriana Peralta Ramos is an attorney, entrepreneur, author, and internationally recognized advocate for corporate ethics, compliance, and organizational integrity. For more than two decades, she has focused her professional career on redefining the role of Compliance within modern organizations — positioning it not merely as a legal or regulatory function, but as a strategic driver of sustainable growth, corporate trust, and purpose-driven leadership. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ethics & Compliance Bureau, a boutique advisory firm that supports organizations across Latin America and the United States in designing, implementing, and strengthening high-impact ethics and compliance programs. She is also the Co-Founder of Paris Integrity Lab, a binational initiative connecting Mexico and France to help business leaders scale internationally through integrity-centered strategies and governance frameworks. Adriana holds a Compliance certification from New York University, a Master’s degree in Business Law, a specialization in Tax Law, and postgraduate studies in AI Ethics and Governance. She is an internationally certified auditor in ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management Systems) and ISO 19600 (Compliance Management Systems), and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Law. She is the author of Compliance en México: el antídoto contra la corrupción (Editorial Aqua) and has advised Fortune 500 companies while mentoring and training emerging generations of compliance and ethics leaders throughout the region. Her work is grounded in a clear conviction: integrity is not only ethical — it is strategically profitable.
