Working at the intersection of strategic planning and day-to-day operations, Cristina strives to advance educational, leadership, and cultural initiatives that foster positive impact. As the Senior Associate Director of Georgetown University’s Latin America Leadership Program (LALP) at the McDonough School of Business, she leads business operations, financial management, and outreach strategy, while guiding the long-term development of LALP's programs, its alumni networks, publications, and new initiatives. Cristina previously developed and implemented cultural and educational initiatives across the U.S., such as the SPAIN arts&culture program, for over a decade, promoting intercultural exchange and cooperation between Spain, the United States, and the Americas. Her experience in higher education, public, nonprofit, and private sectors has provided her with an adaptive and effective approach to business and program management. Cristina holds an Executive Master’s in Leadership  (EML) from Georgetown University, an MBA from the IE Business School, and an Economics and Business graduate degree from the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICADE) in Spain.
