Driven by the belief that today’s efforts shape the possibilities of tomorrow, Cristina works at the intersection of strategic planning and day-to-day operations to advance educational, leadership, and cultural initiatives that foster collaboration and responsibility for positive impact. She currently serves as Senior Associate Director of Georgetown University’s Latin America Leadership Program (LALP) at the McDonough School of Business, where she leads business operations, financial management, and communications strategy, while guiding the long-term development of regionally-focused executive education programs, alumni networks, publications, and new initiatives. With over a decade of experience in cultural diplomacy, Cristina previously managed SPAIN arts&culture and educational initiatives across the U.S., promoting intercultural exchange and cooperation between Spain, the United States, and the Americas. Her cross-sector background spans higher education, government, and the nonprofit and private sectors, with expertise in business operations, program management, international relations, marketing, and communications. Cristina is a graduate of Georgetown University's Executive Master’s in Leadership Program (EML) and holds business graduate degrees from the IE Business School and the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICADE) in Spain.
