Diane Garza
Latin America Leadership Program
Diane Garza specializes in accelerating change in leaders and women to help them reach their full potential through leadership development, coaching, and social entrepreneurship. She is CEO and founder of iCatalyze, a company dedicated to offering personalized leadership development, group coaching and individual coaching workshops and programs, serving as a catalyst to increase confidence and performance in individuals, teams and organizations. Previously, she focused on designing and delivering transformational leadership development programs at Georgetown University for Latin American leaders from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including the Innovation and Leadership in Government Program and the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program. Since then, she has served as an external consultant to LALP for the development of its custom program offer. Committed to social impact and innovation, she supported more than 350 young leaders in the development of social projects that now affect more than 2.5 million people a year in Latin America. Diane has a special talent for recognizing and cultivating potential in others, serving as a catalyst for personal and professional growth. Through her talks, courses and coaching, she uses methodologies such as adaptive leadership, Gallup strengths-based leadership and emotional intelligence to support each individual in their personal and professional growth.
Diane has a Bachelor's Degree in Government with a sub-concentration in Theology from Georgetown University and has a Master's Degree in Social Responsibility from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico. She has a certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. In addition, she has a certificate from the Kennedy School of Harvard University in “The Art and Practice of Leadership.” Diane has been chosen one of Washington DC's “Future Leaders” by Latino Leaders Magazine and named “Woman of the Week” on CNN en Español.
