Shye Gilad has trained and coached hundreds of executives, entrepreneurs, and airline pilots to successful outcomes. He has led multiple startups in the entertainment, air transportation, and leadership development industries.

He is passionate about leadership, innovation, and random acts of hospitality. Shye is co-founder and managing partner of ProJet Aviation, an award-winning aviation hospitality company that helps people accomplish extraordinary things through the wonder of private flight. He is the founder of Creating Lift Leadership, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to elevating the performance of executives, entrepreneurs, and the organizations they lead, and co-host of Business Owners Radio, the show that helps your business grow, with new podcasts available on iTunes every Monday. Gilad is an adjunct professor and entrepreneur-in-residence at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he earned an MBA in international business. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), with a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown Institute of Transformational Leadership. A former airline captain, Shye holds a BS in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
