Ricardo Terán is a Co-Founder and Member of Board of Directors of Agora Partnerships. He served as its Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Mr. Terán was a Senior Advisor at Agora Partnerships. Mr. Terán is the Co-Founder and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at The Agora Accelerator. Prior to co-founding Agora, Mr. Terán launched and ran several companies and non-profit organizations, including an Internet satellite company, a women’s clothing franchise, and the Association of Young Nicaraguan Entrepreneurs. He is a recognized leader in Latin American early-stage entrepreneurship. Mr. Terán is a fellow of the inaugural class of the Central American Leadership Initiative (CALI) of the Aspen Institute and was a member of the 2010 Class of the Yale World Fellows Program. In March 2011, the World Economic Forum named Mr. Terán to its Young Global Leaders network. Mr. Terán holds an Undergraduate business degree in Marketing and Economics, and Masters of Science in Foreign Service, both from Georgetown University.
