Latin America Leadership Program

From One to Many is an exclusive talk series created by the Global Business Executive Leadership (GBEL) Alumni Committee to strengthen the GBEL alumni community through meaningful conversations with visionary leaders who are shaping the future of business across Latin America and the Caribbean.

The series brings together accomplished executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators to share the lessons, challenges, and decisions that have defined their leadership journeys. Through candid conversations, participants gain valuable insights into leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, transformation, and the evolving business landscape.

Previous sessions have featured distinguished leaders including Patricia Pomies, former Global COO of Globant, who shared her experience scaling one of the world's leading technology companies while building a culture of innovation and people-centered leadership, and Albert Douer, Chairman and CEO of UBQ Materials, who discussed transforming household waste into sustainable materials while exploring themes of reinvention, resilience, long-term vision, and the courage to challenge the impossible.
