NY Life/Seguros Monterrey Organizational Culture Transformation Program
In May 2024, Georgetown University’s Latin America Leadership Program (LALP) put together its Organizational Culture Transformation Program, a new custom program for business executives of NY Life/Seguros Monterrey New York Life, especially designed to equip participants with practical tools and cutting-edge knowledge to promote innovation and cultural transformation across their teams.
Objectives:
- Obtain updated tools and new knowledge on topics of exponential thinking, organizational change and team management, and ethical leadership, among others
- Explore effective communication and cultural transformation strategies to put them into practice for real-world situations
- Strengthen leadership and management skills at the individual level to promote agents of change that will impact inside and outside the company, improving decision-making, motivating change, and mobilizing others
The program was held on campus from May 6 through May 8, 2024. During this time, participants engaged in interactive discussions and case studies with Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business Professors Evelyn Williams, Ricardo Ernst, Peter Jaworski, and Renee Kathawalla as they covered the themes of Ideation, Influence, Communications, Ethical Leadership, Leading Teams, and Navigating Exponential Change. Seguros Monterrey participants also visited Microsoft and Gallup as they continued to dive deep into innovation and cultural change.
This unique program is part of the tailor-made executive education offer that LALP implements every year with the goal of supporting regional companies in strengthening the knowledge and skills of their teams.
