The meeting also fostered the legacy of knowledge-sharing and the creation of stronger collaboration networks to drive economic and social growth in the region.

Over the three-day event, a variety of sessions, workshops, and visits to organizations were held to promote local and regional knowledge, as well as strengthen the cohesion among participants. Below is a brief overview of the activities carried out:

Expanding and strengthening the network. On the first day, a welcome reception was organized to encourage alumni, entrepreneurs, and invited experts from various sectors to connect. They had the opportunity to network, exchange experiences, and share insights on the regional innovation ecosystem — key to addressing common challenges and generating joint projects.

Visit to Ecuador’s National Assembly and Workshops with Conquito and the Quito Chamber of Commerce. The second day was dedicated to a deep dive into regional innovation development, exploring tools to strengthen entrepreneurship through workshops and strategic visits. The visit to Ecuador’s National Assembly offered a unique perspective on political processes and innovation initiatives. This tour allowed participants to gain a better understanding of legislative decision-making and its impact on the entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems.

Later, workshops were held in collaboration with Conquito, the Alliance for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and the Quito Chamber of Commerce, creating highly dynamic spaces to collaborate on the design of innovative solutions, identify business opportunities, and analyze how public policies influence the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Team building. Activities on the final day focused on enhancing communication and cooperation within multidisciplinary teams, fostering synergies among participants. These activities strengthened bonds, promoted teamwork, and encouraged mutual learning.

This day also emphasized the importance of collaboration among diverse profiles, as shared knowledge contributed to both professional and personal development, creating an environment conducive to the holistic growth of each individual within the group.

We are deeply grateful to the team that led this gathering, the organizations that supported us, and the alumni from across the region who participated. Together, we made this event a success. We look forward to seeing you at the next meeting!
