GBEL Alumni Network
Launched in 2024, the Global Business Executive Leadership Program (GBEL), a flaship initiative of tGeorgetown University's Latin America Leadership Program, is a cutting-edge, regionally focused academic initiative designed for business leaders to navigate the complex global business landscape. Based on the long-standing success of its Global Competitiveness Leadership (GCL) and Innovation and Leadership in Government (ILG) annual programs, this hybrid and highly applied experiential program features in-person modules in the region and in Washington, D.C.
A student-led initiative, the GBEL Alumni Committee serves to unite and connect all Global Business Executive Leadership (GBEL) program alumni, promoting regional business competitiveness and strengthening the collaboration among alumni beyond their time at Georgetown. The GBEL alumni network is part of the LALP alumni network, which currently has 1,000 agents in 23 countries. The members of the LALP network collaborate to foster good practices and interregional initiatives across different generations, sectors, and countries within LALP programs, as well as between Georgetown University, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
