Peter O'Donnell

Peter O'Donnell is Program Manager for the Latin America Leadership Program (LALP). In this role, Peter plans and implements the activities of LALP's flagship programs (GCL, ILG, and GBEL), in addition to managing LALP events and supporting alumni initiatives. Previously, Peter served as a Grants Officer for Latin America & the Caribbean at the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), where he managed the administration and maintenance of grants to partners in Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. His extensive experiences also include roles such as Program Coordinator at the Meridian International Center and Community Outreach and Engagement Analyst for the City of Boston’s Office of Language and Communications Access. Peter holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Politics from Centre College. He is fluent in Spanish. Additionally, he is a recipient of a US Student Fulbright Award to Kosovo.
