Pato Bichara, One of the 30 Business Promises in Mexico

Pato Bichara (GCL 2009, Mexico) has been recognized by the prestigious Mexican magazine Expansion as one of the 30 business promises of 2023. Pato is an alumnus of the 2009 cohort of Georgetown University's Global Competitiveness Leadership Program (GCL)

by Gustavo Rodriguez (GCL 2019, Mexico)

This recognition is due to his outstanding professional career in different companies and projects. Pato has founded and led several successful initiatives, including Collective Academy, a business school for entrepreneurs that has impacted over 10,000 students across Mexico and Latin America. The project has a focus on technology and is a reflection of the multiplier effect promoted by the GCL program.

Collective Academy is an institution that aims to prepare young entrepreneurs to face the challenges of today's business world. Pato has led the project and has made available to students a network of mentors and experts in different areas, to ensure that students have a complete and enriching experience. Expansion magazine's recognition reflects Pato's talent and dedication in the business field and the training of future business leaders, including his commitment to continue to engage with the GCL alumni network and support the GCL mentoring program.

Pato holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA from Harvard University. He has worked in companies such as Ignia Partners, Impacta, and Bain & Company, among others, and has been the leader of the Mentorship Lab for the current GCL cohort.

We congratulate Pato on this achievement and are proud to have him as part of our Georgetown University's Global Competitiveness Leadership Program alumni community.
